it works but the "rings" holding the bag could be a bit larger to fit the handlebar. Dropdown handlebars are a bit thicker near the center and your rings should accommodate for that, particularly because your bag would be used often in bike-camping rides.
I used a caliper to check the size of the handlebar. Installation was super easy. Holds my handlebar bag perfectly. I rarely use my MTB, but I wanted to be able to attach my bag without issue when I did take it for a ride.
A+++
Have a great experience with the original bag with narrow drop bars. We added the larger version on my son’s gravel bike. The mount and bag are perfect for his use. May also add one to my wife’s bike.
Simple to install. Works perfectly.
Haven't tested yet because it a present, but looks great!
COLIS RE9U RAPIDEMENT SERVICE IMPECCABLE TRES BON PRODUIT
Solid mount! This is my fourth one that is now on my tandem. Having a mount on each bike makes it much easier to switch the bag around.
The Route Werks front bag works great on my Vintage handlebars. My front bag is secure!
Well made and very secure
Will be good on new bike.
I really appreciate the ease of use of the product. I used it for our 7 day Erie canal trip and it performed beautifully. I've since put additional mounts on my other bikes so the bag can move bike to bike. Thank you.
Bracket fitted up super easy in seconds. The original bag is perfect for phone, keys and personals. I especially love the quick release bag! It really is grab and go! The shoulder strap worked beautifully as well. Have already recommended this to others!
The mount is low profile and easy to attach. Customer service was every helpful in guiding me to the correct size for my handlebars.
I have three of these mounts now. It’s the easiest and most secure mounting system. So easy to swap out a bag with the out front mount.
Thanks
The original bag is perfect. The bike mount is very sturdy and secure, the Quad Lock mount works much better than what I had been using. Even with the additional tax and duties (I’m in Thailand), this is a very well engineered bag that will fit my needs for years to come.
I like it -- I've got two now
Makes it convenient to use my bag on different bikes
High quality materials and craftsmanship
I’ve had a route werks bag for a while now and took the plunge and bought a second fitting for another bike. A simple but excellent bit of kit. Easy to fit and easy to use. Ride On!!!
I don't know how many review videos I watched about this bag whether they were testing it or installing it or whatever but every single time they showed putting the clamp on the bag just looked unbelievably stable, for some reason and my mind I doubted that mine would be that stable but after getting it and installing it it is 110% everything it's advertised as and Rock Solid
Holds my big bar bag securely and is super convenient. I appreciate the ease of getting the bag on and off without undoing six straps. Takes two seconds to remove or replace.
Added these to all my bikes so I can easily swap the bag from bike to bike
Love these bags! Everything is very well made and the side mounts for light, etc. is brilliant!!
A practical way to move the bag, or a headlight/computer combination from one bike to the other.
You guys answer my email and helped me get the right piece. Works well. Thanks
Let me use my bags on more bikes
Worls as expected!
Bombproof and solid. Not exactly lightweight, but you can’t have everything
Love ít
Purchased a second Bike Mount (31.8mm) for a second bike to allow us to move the Route Werks HB Bag back and forth with ease, which it does.
Now I have a mount on every bike. No faffing about moving the mount every time I change bikes.
very sturdy
Well made, sturdy and inspires confidence. Love it.
As advertised. Fits and works.
Perfect!
Works exactly as intended. Sturdy. Thank you.
Love it! Works amazing and super easy to get anything I need! Great design!
I´m so happy with this bag. So i want them not only on my Gravel Bike, my MTB should also be able to klick in this fantastic bag...!!!
