We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products against manufacturing defects, starting from the date you receive your item. Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from user crashes, abuse, system alterations, modifications, or use in any manner not intended. For warranty claims, please contact warranty@routewerks.us &use the following subject line format: WARRANTY: (Order#). A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours. Include images of the damage in your email to help our team determine the best solution.
We're a small team, not a big corporation, and we want to keep as many of our products in the wild as possible. If you encounter an issue outside the warranty period or experience an accident, please reach out to us at warranty@routewerks.us, and we will work with you to get you back up and riding.

We've designed most of our products to be adjustable or repairable in most instances. If you encounter unexpected damage to one of our products, we can often repair or replace the damaged component(s) to make your Route Werks product like new.
Our repair process is pretty straightforward. You ship it to us; once we receive it, we assess it and send you a repair estimate. Once approved and paid, we perform the repair and ship it back to you at our cost.

If, for any reason, we can't repair your item, we also offer a Crash Replacement discount.
