Route Werks is very small. We do not own or operate the shipping services that deliver your order. We are reliant on third parties to provide tracking and delivery services through their network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the information the courier provides at the time of checkout. Unforeseen delays can occur, so we highly recommend selecting a shipping service that guarantees delivery by the time you need your item. Orders ship from the closest available warehouse. In some cases, this may be overseas. In such cases, international shipping rates and import taxes & duties (where applicable) will apply.
Please ensure you ask any questions before making your purchase. Our team is ready and willing to assist. Asking in advance will save everyone time and frustration :).
Once submitted, you cannot edit, redirect, or otherwise modify an order. Double-check EVERYTHING for accuracy before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrectly routed orders.

When your order's label is generated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a unique tracking link, provided to us by the courier, for your order. This is the best information available to track your order's progress as it moves toward you. It's also the same information we rely on.
The courier provides tracking updates at their discretion, and some may provide infrequent progress events. That doesn't mean your order isn't moving; it simply means the courier hasn't triggered an event in their system.

Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Route Werks does not reimburse for these charges. Orders ship from the closest available warehouse. In some cases, this may be overseas. In such cases, international shipping rates and import taxes & duties (where applicable) will apply. Whenever possible, we split shipments to ensure the lowest import charges are applied. While this may mean a slightly higher shipping cost, it is always less than paying the increased import charges.
US Customers: Currently, this affects orders containing Original Handlebar Bags (all colors), Big Handlebar Bags (Black and Olive), Peak Design Adaptors, Tech Mounts - Bar Fly - Wahoo, Handlebar Stubs & Out Front Mounts, as these are sold out in the US & are being fulfilled from our overseas warehouses.
UK Customers: Orders under £135 are subject only to VAT. These will not be prepaid and due at delivery. Orders over £135 are subject to VAT and Import charges. These fees are included in your shipping charges, and no additional payments are due upon delivery.
All Other Countries: These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Route Werks will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees. We cannot reliably predict what, if any, import duty or tax might be charged. The amount will vary based on the destination country, item(s), and the shipping method. Contact your local Customs Office with any questions.
These terms apply through the end of the closing sale and are unaffected by the final sale policy stated below.
STORE CLOSING SALE NOTICE
Route Werks is closing. We will accept orders through October 31, 2026, or sooner if inventory sells out; we will announce the order cutoff on our homepage if this happens early.
All purchases are final sale, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, or where local law provides a mandatory return right that cannot be waived. Contact info@routewerks.us with questions before ordering.
Our support team remains reachable at info@routewerks.us through February 28, 2027, to help with any order from this period. After that date, we will be unable to respond, as our operations will be fully wound down.
For items purchased through our crowdfunding campaign, please note that we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items received as Kickstarter rewards.
