SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure you ask any questions before making your purchase. Once an order is submitted, we cannot make any changes. Our Customer Service Team can be reached via email at  info@routewerks.us, Monday through Friday,  9 am-5 pm EST US time. Most inquiries are responded to within 48 hours, but may take longer during peak times. 

FULFILLMENT

Orders are fulfilled from one of our three warehouses.
  • US Warehouse - North & South America
  • Netherland Warehouse - Europe & Africa
  • Hong Kong Warehouse - Asia & Oceania

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are provided by the courier at checkout. The courier updates the expected delivery date once they have the parcel in their possession and it has been scanned into their system. Unexpected delays can occur. Please choose the shipping service that best meets your needs. Once an order departs our warehouse, Route Werks cannot make shipping changes. Shipping speed is based on the option selected at checkout and the couriers' current processing capabilities.

TRACKING

Once your order is packed, it will be assigned a tracking number. This tracking number will be in your shipment confirmation email. We use the same tracking number to follow your order's progress. Tracking details vary depending on the shipping option selected during checkout and the tracking level provided by the courier. If, after checking your tracking information provided, you still have questions, please reach out to our Customer Service Team at  info@routewerks.us

DUTIES AND TAXES

Route Werks is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. These charges are set by the local governments and couriers, not Route Werks. If you have questions about these charges, please check with your local customs office or the courier for more information. 

Buyer Responsibility: All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.). 

Local Regulations: Tax-free thresholds and duty rates vary by country. We strongly recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing an order.

Refused Packages: If you refuse a package due to import duties or taxes and it is returned to our warehouse, we will deduct both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost from your refund. If the cost of returning the package exceeds the value of the goods, the carrier may abandon or destroy the package, and no refund will be issued.

DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately (including the outer box, packing materials, and the damaged item). Contact us at info@routewerks.us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier or arranging a replacement.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your neighbors, family members, or your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost, please contact us for further investigation.

UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you enter your correct and complete shipping address 

Route Werks is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, or because the recipient was unavailable and failed to contact the local carrier in time, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
