You can return any product purchased from our web store (routewerks.cc) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order as long as the item is in new & unused condition and has all its original packaging intact. We do not refund the initial shipping cost, and return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
To initiate a return, contact info@routewerks.us to obtain an RA#. Use the following format for the subject line of your email — RETURN: (Order#). A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours to provide further information.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items received through our crowdfunding campaigns.
