Route Werks is closing. We will accept orders through October 31, 2026, or sooner if inventory sells out; we will announce the order cutoff on our homepage if this happens early.
All purchases made during this period are final sale, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, or where local law provides a mandatory return right that cannot be waived. Contact info@routewerks.us with questions before ordering.
Our support team remains reachable at info@routewerks.us through February 28, 2027, to help with any order from this period. After that date, we will be unable to respond, as our operations will be fully wound down.
For items purchased through our crowdfunding campaign, please note that we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items received as Kickstarter rewards.
