Route Werks is very small. We do not own or operate the shipping services that deliver your order. We are reliant on third parties to provide tracking and delivery services through their network. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the information the courier provides at the time of checkout. Unforeseen delays can occur, so we highly recommend selecting a shipping service that guarantees delivery by the time you need your item.

Once submitted, you cannot edit, redirect, or otherwise modify an order. Double-check EVERYTHING for accuracy before submitting your order. We are not responsible for incorrectly routed orders.
We do not own or operate the shipping services that deliver your order. We rely on third parties to provide tracking and delivery services through their network. When your order's label is generated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email is a unique tracking link, provided to us by the courier, for your order. This is the best information available to track your order's progress as it moves toward you. It's also the same information we rely on.
The courier provides tracking updates at their discretion, and some may provide infrequent progress events. That doesn't mean your order isn't moving; it simply means the courier hasn't triggered an event in their system.

Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility. Route Werks does not reimburse for these charges.
US Customers: Currently, this affects orders containing Original Handlebar Bags (all colors), Big Handlebar Bags (Black and Olive), Peak Design Adaptors & Tech Mounts - Bar Fly - Wahoo, as these are sold out in the US & are being fulfilled from our overseas warehouses. Import charges are shown at checkout.
UK Customers: Orders under £135 are subject only to VAT. These will not be prepaid and due at delivery. Orders over £135 are subject to VAT and Import charges. These fees are included in your shipping charges, and no additional payments are due upon delivery.
All Other Countries: These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Route Werks will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees. We cannot reliably predict what, if any, import duty or tax might be charged. The amount will vary based on the destination country, item(s), and the shipping method. Contact your local Customs Office with any questions.
You can return any product purchased from our web store (routewerks.cc) within 30 days of receipt, as long as the item is new & unused and has all original packaging intact. We do not refund the initial shipping cost, and the customer must pay return shipping. To initiate a return, contact info@routewerks.us to obtain an RA#. Use the following format for the subject line of your email — RETURN: (Order#). A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours with more information.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items received through our crowdfunding campaigns.
