SHIPPING & RETURNS

DELIVERY

Route Werks is very small. We do not own or operate the shipping services responsible for delivering your order. We are reliant on third parties to provide tracking and delivery services through their network. Estimated delivery times are listed at checkout and are based on the current information provided by the courier at the time of checkout. Unforeseen delays can occur, and we highly recommend selecting a shipping service that guarantees delivery by the time your item is needed. 

Please ask any questions before making your purchase. Our team is ready and willing to assist. Asking in advance will save everyone time and frustration :).

Once submitted, an order cannot be edited, redirected, or otherwise modified. Double-check EVERYTHING for accuracy before submitting your order.

TRACKING

We do not own or operate the shipping services responsible for delivering your order. We rely on third parties to provide tracking and delivery services through their network. When your order's label is generated, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In this email is a unique tracking link, provided to us by the courier, for your order. This is the best information available to track your order's progress as it makes its way to you. It also happens to be the same information that we rely on. 

Updates to the tracking are provided at the courier's discretion, and some may provide infrequent progress events. That does not mean your order isn't moving, simply that the courier has not triggered an event in their system.

DUTIES & TAXES

Duties, taxes and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

UK Customers: Orders under £135 are only subject to VAT charges. These will not be prepaid and due at delivery. Orders over £135 are subject to VAT and Import charges. These fees are included in your shipping charges and no additional payments are due upon delivery.

All Other Countries: These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Route Werks will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees. We cannot reliably predict what, if any, import duty or tax might be charged. The amount will vary based on the destination country, item(s), and the shipping method. Contact your local Customs Office with any questions you may have.

RETURNS

You can return any product purchased from our web store (routewerks.cc) within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order as long as the item is in new & unused condition and has all its original packaging intact.

To initiate a return, contact info@routewerks.us to obtain an RA#. Use the following format for the subject line of your email — RETURN: (Order#). A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours to provide further information.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for items received through our crowdfunding campaigns.
