We offer a 1-year warranty on all our products, free from manufacturing defects, from the date you received your item. Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from user crashes, abuse, system alterations, modifications, or use in any manner not intended. For any warranty claims, please contact warranty@routewerks.us &use the following format for the subject line of your email— WARRANTY: (Order#). A member of our team will follow up within 48 hours. Include some images of the damage in your email to help our team figure out the best solution.
We're a small team, not a big corporation, and we want to keep as many of our products in the wild as possible. If you encounter an issue outside of the warranty period or experience an accident, please reach out to us at warranty@routewerks.us, and we will work with you to get you back up and riding again.

We've designed most of our products to be adjustable or repairable in most instances. If you encounter unexpected damage to one of our products, there is a good chance we can repair or replace the damaged component(s) to make your Route Werks product as good as new.
Our repair process is pretty straightforward. You provide shipping to us; once received, we perform our assessment and send you a repair estimate. Once approved and paid, we perform the repair and ship it back to you at our cost.
