Delivery times are estimates only. Please make sure you ask any questions before making your purchase. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot make any changes to your order. Our Customer Service Team can be reached via email at

TRACKING
Once an order departs our warehouse, Route Werks cannot make shipping changes. Shipping speed is based on the option selected at checkout and the couriers' current processing capabilities. We use the same tracking number we sent you when your order shipped to locate your order. Tracking detail varies based on the shipping option selected during checkout. DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties, taxes, and other fees are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
UK Customers: These fees are included in your shipping charges, and no additional duties are due upon delivery.
All Other Countries: These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Route Werks will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees. We cannot reliably predict what, if any, import duty or tax might be charged. The amount will vary based on the destination country, item(s), and shipping method.
